If you're having problems with the CHURCH Database software, please make sure:

1. You've checked the program documentation and the tips for users on this web.

2. You are running the latest version of the program (download the current CHURCH.APP file).

Church Program Problem Report Form

Use this form to report problems or requests pertaining to the Church Software Package.  I am not able to commit to a specific level of support, but I will make a good-faith effort to resolve any problems.

Some quick tips which may help:

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of the CHURCH.APP program file.  Check the date on the download page for the most recent modification.
2. Be sure you have tried to index all your files (Main Menu->I->Z)
3. Always be sure you have a recent backup.  I am not able to restore data which has been lost or corrupted.
4. Check the manual for further suggestions and hints.
