The Exodus

Unit Thrust
Continuing our survey of the Bible into the book of Exodus, we will learn about Moses leading the children of Israel out of Egypt from his call at the burning bush through the giving of the Ten Commandments. Our emphasis will be on pleasing and honoring God in our lives, as well as trusting God to care for and empower us.

November 2: God Called Moses

	Scripture: Exodus 3
	Memory Verse: Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men. -- Colossians 3:23
	Life Application: I can use my talents and abilities in ways that please and honor God

November 9: The Israelites Left Egypt

	Scripture: Exodus 5-12
	Memory Verse: I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go. -- Genesis 28:15
	Life Application: I can trust God's care for me.

November 16: The Israelites Crossed the Red Sea

	Scripture: Exodus 13:17-15:21
	Memory Verse: You are great and perform wonders; You alone are God. -- Psalm 86:10
	Life Application: I can trust God's power in my life.

November 23: God Provided in the Wilderness

	Scripture: Exodus 15:22-16:36
	Memory Verse: My God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. -- Philippians 4:19
	Life Application: I can trust God to provide for my needs.]

November 30: God Gave the Ten Commandments

	Scripture: Exodus 20; Deuteronomy 5:1-21
	Memory Verse: We will do and obey everything that the Lord has commanded. -- Exodus 24:7
	Life Application: I can obey God's rules.
