I'm looking for info on Sunday school and legal responsibilities.........such as teacher/child ratios, escorting little ones to the restroom, men serving in the classrooms, especially nursurey......church responsibility for children in Sunday school and at what point does that responsibility end........
Lots of questions, and so far very little success in getting info. Many local churches have policies, but cannot give legal reasons for any of them! Is there even such a set of laws? Or does the separation of church and state prohibit this kind of 'regulation'?
